Water Treatment Plant Operator
The City of Cornelia has an immediate opening for a Water Treatment Plant Operator. Candidates should be dependable and conscientious with the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision. Must be physically able to lift and/or carry 50 lbs or more on a frequent basis, transverse stairs, and be able to wear a respirator or SCBA. Applicants must possess a current State of Georgia Public Water Supply System Operator’s license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months, have a valid Georgia driver’s license, and must have the ability to work day or night shifts, weekends and holidays.
