Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator
The City of Montezuma, Georgia , is accepting applications for the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. This position will have supervisory responsibilities as well as assisting in the overall Wastewater Plants Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum Georgia Class II Wastewater certification and at least five (5) years experience as a Wastewater Plant Operator. Considerable knowledge of activated sludge and extended aeration is necessary.
SALARY/BENEFITS: Starting wage is negotiable from $9.64 hr to - $16.08 hr DOQ. Excellent benefits include: paid health, life, and dental insurance; paid retirement; paid sick, vacation and holiday leave; and uniforms.
