Waterplant Operators Open

Both positions require a minimum of a class III water operator license, a valid Georgia drivers license, and be able to work day or evening shift. WATER/WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR

The City of Nashville, Georgia is accepting applications for the position of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. This position will have supervisory responsiblities as well as assisting in the overall Water/Wastewater Plants Operations.

Qualifications: Must have a minimum Georgia Class II Water/Wastewater certification and at least five (5) years experience as a Water/Wastewater Plant Operator. Considerable knowledge of activated sludge and extended aeration is necessary.

Salary/Benefits: Salary DOQ and experience. Excellent benefits include: paid health, life and dental insurance; paid retirement; paid sick, vacation and holiday leave; and uniforms.
