CIVIL ENGINEER
The Georgia Water Planning & Policy Center, a three university consortium (Albany State University, Georgia State University, and Georgia Southern University), with the goal of providing leadership in the research, design and implementation of policies affecting water use in Georgia, invites applications for a full-time position in water resources with interests in environmental hydrology. Responsibilities include providing service to the three consortium universities and the state. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working on interdisciplinary water resources and environmental problems that currently confront the state, as well as drawing on existing strengths in the consortium universities.
Requirements: The candidate must have earned a BS degree in civil and/or environmental engineering or a closely related field by the date of appointment; experience is a plus, but not required. Must be dependable, have a teamwork attitude, and possess strong written/verbal communication skills.
