Salary: $42,069 - $55,741 midpoint annually (C421)
Gwinnett County Government in Lawrenceville, Georgia is seeking an
experienced professional to manage their customer service section. This
area handles payment, billing and collections for 212,000 customers, as
well as meter reading, field services and phone customer service. Incmbent
supervises staff, handles complex customer complaints, and prepares the
budget for the customer service section. A minimum of a Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration or related field and four years management
experience in customer service area of utilities industry driven by
meter reading, field services and utility billing is required.
