UTILITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Gainesville City Government Public Utilities Department is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager. Directs, plans and supervises the following areas: payment, collections, meter readers, field services representatives, and phone areas for the Public Utilities Department. The incumbent would supervise staff, handle complex customer complaints and prepares the budget for the customer service section. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Valid Class C Driver’s License and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
