Pre-Treatment Inspector- Forsyth County Water Dept
Non-exempt $14.26/hr. Conducts field inspections and monitoring of industrial and commercial accounts that discharge to Forsyth County sewers to ensure compliance of pre-treatment and waste control devices/processes with applicable codes, ordinances, and permit requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma/GED; plus vocational/technical training in pretreatment inspections & wastewater system operations; plus 1 yr. previous experience and/or training involving industrial/commercial pretreatment processes, pretreatment inspections, wastewater collection systems, and pc operations; or any equal combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must have valid Class II Wastewater System Operator license and/or Wastewater Collection System Operator certification. Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license. Must submit 7-year MVR w/ application.
