The Pioneer Rural Water District is seeking applicants for the newly-created position of General Manager to begin August 1st. Pioneer is a special purpose water district serving approximately 7,000 taps located within the rapidly developing southern portion of Oconee County and the northwestern corner of Anderson County, South Carolina.
