Responsibilities will include managing a multi-discipline work team providing contract operations, maintenance and management of public and industrial sector water, wastewater and public works facilities.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years or more of experience, showing a steady progression of increasing responsibility. At least 5 years should be in a supervisory or personnel management role. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Candidates must exhibit exemplary leadership, communication and team-building skills, and have proven experience making sound financial, technical and human resource decisions.
The current openings are for utility management projects ranging in size from 10 employees to over 50.
Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a generous benefits and bonus plan. Full benefits are available including health, dental, life insurance, employer contribution 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays. Relocation assistance is offered.
