Director - Heard County Water Authority - Directs the operation of the Heard County Water Authority water treatment, distribution and plant maintenance activities in the production of clean, safe, potable water, ensuring that the water quality, quantity, and plant facilities are in compliance with all state, federal, and HCWA standards, policies and regulations: Directs the operation of the wastewater treatment and collection system in compliance with all state and federal regulations; responsible for the overall administration of the HCWA including personnel, financial budgets, purchasing, public relations, policies and procedures, and environmental compliance. Director reports directly to the HCWA Board of Directors. A valid driver's license is required. Water plant and wastewater operator's license preferred. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
