This position oversees all personnel issues concerning this project, all operations and maintenance of the two City wastewater treatment facilities and sewer lift stations, fills out all required daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the E.P.D., assists the City in putting together the annual budget, and follows the budget, assist the City with capital improvement projects. This position has direct contact with the client (City Manager) on all matters concerning the operations and maintenance of this project. It may be required to attend City Council meeting and any other related duties.
