Associate Environmental Eng in Peach Tree City GA
Qualifications
Develop and maintain ISO 14001 environmental management work instructions.
Profile, test and manage hazardous waste as required by US EPA, RCRA. Ensure Haz Materials shipping manifests are correctly documented, support waste generation reporting, track and analyze hazardous waste.
Coordinate recycling material flow management.
Serve as back up waste water treatment technician (requires State License for GA)
Coordinate eSpill Response materials and plan.
Chemical tracking for SARA report and Air Emission Reporting.
Assist with Plan update for storm water pollution prevention.
2 year degree in Environmental or related field.
2+ years in an industrial environment with responsibilities in environmental reporting, chemical and hazardous waste management.
40 hour HAZWOPER CERTIFICATION and Georgia State Industrial Waste Water Treatment license REQUIRED.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
