Responsibilities: Plans, designs water and sewer systems, water & wastewater treatment facilities & performs technical research to develop solutions to engineering problems. Reviews, monitors & approves design plans and specs for projects such as water mains & sanitary sewers, water & wastewater treatment facilities insures compliance with local, state, federal government.
