Smith & Loveless, Inc. is known globally for superior engineering and manufacturing of water and wastewater transfer and treatment equipment. We are a Lenexa, KS based Company with over 63 years of recognized achievement in our industry, and a strong presence in Georgia. This SALES ENGINEER position is located at our Conyers, Georgia facility.
The SALES ENGINEER has responsibility for making technical sales calls and selling our pumping system products to Consulting Engineers, Municipalities, End-Users, and Contractors. This is a salary and commission based position with a Company car, laptop computer, and cell phone. Frequent day travel in the state of Georgia is required.
Requirements
The requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical sales experience. Experience with pumps, electrical control systems or water or wastewater equipment, as well as experience in Contracting, Consulting Engineering, or at a Municipality would be a plus. The ability to deal with a variety of people in a positive, persuasive manner in verbal and written communication and working relationships is critical.
