Water Treatment Plant Operator
The City of Summerville is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Water Treatment Operator at our water treatment facilities. This is a full time position. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Class 111 or above Water Treatment Plant Operators License.
You must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of
age. An employee in this position is expected to have good work habits,
be honest, dependable, take pride in their work and have a good work
history. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs on an as needed basis,
walk up and down stairs, and are able to wear a respirator when needed.
This individual must be able to work without direct supervision.
Applicant must be able to work any shift, weekend and holidays as
needed.
An employee in this position must be in good health and in excellent
physical condition; drug screening and background check will be
required. Wages are negotiable depending upon qualifications and
experience. Excellent benefit package included.
