The City of Emerson is currently accepting application for the following full-time position:

Water Sewer Operator

Under the supervision of the Public Works Director operators performs a wide variety of duties for the Water Distribution System, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Collection System and Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with Federal, State and Local legislation, policies and standards.

Prior experience is required.  Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License, high school diploma or equivalent GED. Must be able to manage multiple duties. Must maintain a neat and clean appearance.  Salary ranges from $14.35 - $21.71 per hour and is based on experience.
