The Eatonton-Putnam Water and Sewer Authority is now accepting applications for the position of Wastewater Operator. Successful candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; be able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance procedures common to sewer; be able to lift moderate weight and be able to work with limited supervision. Moderate to extensive knowledge of sewer operations is required. Applicant with a wastewater/lab license is preferred. Candidate must have sufficient experience to understand basic principles relevant to major duties of the position usually associated with having held a similar position.  Candidate must have a current driver’s license and be able to provide a 7 year driving history if required.
