We have serving Georgia private & municipal utilities for over 30 years! Currently, we are looking for the following position(s):
Water/Wastewater Operator
Pay range: $10-$15/hour (commiserate experience)

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude is required with moderate analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and agree to random testing
- Must possess current Driver’s license with ability to travel locally to client work sites
- Valid Water or Wastewater Operators license or ability to obtain with 12 months of employment.
The candidate applying for this position will be required to:
- Monitor the system Pure I/O preventative maintenance & process control program on all treatment processes to ensure effluent water meets applicable standards
- Cut grass, clean tanks, sweep & mop floors, clean equipment and various other duties to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the facility;
- Collect samples and perform various tests such as pH, D.O., and CL2 residual.
- Document readings, test results, equipment adjustments and enter data into the Pure I/O system for record of maintenance and to produce monthly reports.
- Change chlorine cylinders and checks for leaks.
- Complete daily safety briefing and attend regularly scheduled safety classes.
- Frequently walk on uneven terrain.
- Carry 25 pounds up to 50 pounds and occasional over 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, stooping and occasionally sitting, crawling, crouching, climbing, and balancing. Ability to grasp and hold.
