Water Plant Operator

The City of Lincolnton, Georgia, will be accepting applications for the position of Water plant operator.  A certified applicant is preferred with any level of license.  An uncertified applicant will be required to obtain certification.  Job duties include, but are not limited to, operation and maintenance of the plant, performing lab tests, recording data on a daily basis and working in the distribution field on service lines.  All applicants are required to have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license and a working knowledge of computers.  Applications are available at City Hall at 125 North Peachtree Street; Lincolnton, Georgia, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Applications are also available to be emailed by request by calling 706-359-3239.  All applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019.  The City of Lincolnton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
