Water Reclamation Facility Operator

The City of Covington is currently accepting applications for a Water Reclamation Facility Operator in the Water Reclamation Department with a starting hourly rate of $20.68 and up depending upon qualifications.

This position performs a variety of semi-skilled, skilled, laboratory, computer, technical, and maintenance work in the operation of wastewater treatment facilities and systems.

Minimal education and experience qualifications include graduation from high school education or GED equivalent, possession of Class III Wastewater Certification or the ability to attain certification within one year of appointment. Wastewater treatment experience is desired, any equivalent combination of education and experience.
