Online Registration

NOTE: If you are not going to pay online please use our Mail-in registration form.

Online registration forms are only to be used when payment is going to be made using our secure online payment service (PayPal.com). Registrants do not have to have their own PayPal account to make a credit card payment. Once you select the 'Submit' button below you will proceed with the payment process. Please complete a registration form for each person/s attending. A notification from our office will be sent to you within two business days to confirm your registration and seating in a training session. Please provide all registrants email addresses.
