Online Registration

NOTE: If you are not going to pay online please use our Mail-in registration form.

Online registration forms are only to be used when payment is going to be made using our secure online payment service ( Registrants do not have to have their own PayPal account to make a credit card payment. Once you select the 'Submit' button below you will proceed with the payment process. Please complete a registration form for each person/s attending. A notification from our office will be sent to you within two business days to confirm your registration and seating in a training session. Please provide all registrants email addresses.
