This position is responsible for monitoring the discharge of fats, oils and grease (FOG) into the Peachtree City Water and Sewerage Authority (Authority) sanitary sewer system, as well as inspecting properties within Authority territory to ensure compliance with current plumbing codes and the Sewer Use Ordinance, and FOG community education/outreach
